We offer access to 24 hour emergency cover for all of our registered patients
If your pet has a problem during our normal surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear to us that the matter is not routine and we will do our best to attend to you as soon as possible.
Our overnight on-call service partners are The Queen Mother Hospital at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC). This service has specially trained vets and nurses in emergency and critical care and is on-site all night.
The Queen Mother Hospital at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) will look after the out-of-hours service between 6pm and 8:30am weekdays and from 1pm Saturdays until 8:30 am Mondays.
